Directions to USSG classes at ICTC

Classes at the Informatics and Communications Technology Complex (ICTC) Indianapolis, Indiana



If you are coming from Indianapolis.

  1. Use maps.google.com or mapquest.com to plan a good route (too many to list here).

If you are coming from the IU-Bloomington main campus.

  1. Take highway 37 N from Bloomington
  2. Continue traveling N on South-Harding past I465
  3. Just before I70 and the Wendy's, take a right on Morris Street; if you miss it, take a right on Oliver when Harding T's
  4. Whether on Morris or Oliver, take a left onto Kentucky, traveling NE
  5. Coming up to West Street, where West Street is one-way S. Stay in the left lane, but continue on this road as it curves into South Street
  6. The next street is Missouri, one-way N. Turn left onto Missouri, traveling N. This will merge into West Street. Stay in the left lane.
  7. Turn left on Vermont or Michigan. ICTC should be on your right or left, respectively.

Parking

There are some visitor metered-parking spots by ICTC and the Law Building, but they are often used by students. You're more likely to find parking in one of the visitor parking garages found on the following maps: http://www.iupui.edu/maps/

Entry to ICTC

There are two main entrances to ICTC: to the Southwest, and the North. They will both allow access to the public atrium, which includes access to the classroom used for EdCert.

The Unix Systems Support Group (aka USSG) is a subunit of the Research Computing (RC) division of University Information Technology Services (UITS).
The USSG provides software, support, and resources to faculty, staff, and students at Indiana University who use or administer Unix/Linux workstations or servers.
